How do I register and pay for my participation?
All participants can register via the entry link on our website, you can read our entry guide here
How do I know if there are still available entries in my category?
Registration for each category will close automatically once the maximum number of participants has been reached. After that, it will only be possible to register for the waiting list.
How does the waiting list work, and is there a fee?
You register for the waiting list in the same way as you register for the competition, and there is no fee to register.
If and when a slot becomes available, you will receive an email with a payment link. Once payment has been completed, you will be asked to upload the required files (music and PPC).
When will the schedule and start order be available?
- The competition schedule will be published on this website shortly after the February 7th, 2026 registration deadline, and no later than February 15th.
- Practice times for additional practice will be published in the competition schedule and on our website and will be available for booking via a separate link.
- The starting order and results link will be available on our website once the electronic draw has been finalized on March 25th at 20:00.
What documentation do I need to submit?
Participants are required to submit the following through our website (see the Announcement for deadlines):
- Music files
- Planned Program Content (PPC)
Links for uploading files are available on our website. Please follow the instructions for correct file naming. PPC forms are available for download.
Additional practice – when and where do I book it?
Additional practice can be booked from approximately February 15th (and no later than March 1st) via our website and paid for online. Available time slots can be viewed and selected during the booking process.
The fee is DKK 150 per session (45 minutes).
Practice in advance of the Short Program and Free Skating is included in the entry fee for Novice, Junior, and Senior categories.
Can I buy food, light snacks, and beverages at the rink?
Yes, there are several food options available inside and near the rink.
At Frihedens Idrætscenter, lunch, dinner, light snacks, and drinks can be purchased at the restaurant Halvleg. Opening hours are daily from 10:00 to 20:00.
We will also offer dining in the Lounge area. A booking link for lounge meals will be published on our website closer to the competition dates. The lounge is located on the first floor of the main rink, overlooking the ice.
A small kiosk offering snacks, sweets, and beverages will also be located in the main rink.
Will advance novice be devided into younger and older?
If there are to many (more than 48) participant in advance novice, they will be devided into younger and older. we can't tell in advance if a participant will be younger or older, it depent on the age off each singel participant.
What happens if I want to cancel my entry?
All entries and bookings are binding. No refunds will be issued in the event of a withdrawal. If a participant withdraws, the entry will be allocated to skaters on the waiting list, if applicable.
